In order to secure a booking we require a 1/3 deposit of the accommodation amount.
Your room will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Please make the necessary arrangements with us should you be arriving later than 7pm.
Rooms should be vacated at 11am on the day of departure.
Please respect our non smoking policy in the house.
We regret that we cannot accept pets.
Cancellation to 30 days prior to arrival we will refund your deposit.
Cancellation within 30 days and 7 days prior to arrival: 1/3 of the full accommodation is payable.
Cancellation within 7 days of the confirmed day of arrival, or no-show without prior cancellation: the full amount for the accommodation is payable.
